Simplifying the sales process is the key to operating a successful business. Sales is simply finding a product that customer wants and selling that product to the customer. You can use a three step sales conversation such as: 1) This is my product 2) This is my price 3) Do you want to buy? This is simplest sales conversation that any salesperson can have with a customer. For example if you operate an egg farm then your sales conversation would sound like this: 1) I have eggs for sale 2) They cost $250 per dozen 3) Do you want any? This method of selling has proven to be effective since the beginning of time from the agrarian age to the information age.


Business is also simple and should be kept that way to avoid confusing the customer. There are several simple businesses that one can start in the Laboratory Medicine industry. Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS) is a principle that should be applied to avoid interrupting the sales process. A stall in the sales process is usually due to complexities and misunderstandings in the sales conversation between the seller and the buyer.
